Need someone that can help locate

Hi,

I have an adopted daughter (now married with children) and I am trying to help her locate her biological family members. She was born in Washington, and she came to us at age 8.

Can anyone recommend a detective type agency in the Washington and/or Oregon area that they feel is reliable and trustworthy?
