Parker turned one today. Nick is 3.And so I wondered, who all is parenting both a toddler and a preschooler? For those that are further into this than me, how is it going?

I'm in the same boat as you. A 1 yr old FS and a 2. 5 yr old FD. The preschooler goes to PDO twice a week. I wish she would get potty trained soon. That would be a huge help. Toddler is just on the verge of taking his first real steps by himself. It's fun to watch them interact. he's all boy and very rough, while she is all girl and doesn't appreciate him body slamming her or standing up next to her while she on the floor and sitting on top of her. She's a scammer. She will cry at the drop of a hat and try to make it look like he did something awful to her. I ask her what happened and she points at him. Her speech is behind so she can't really give me a good description of what happened. He just sits there playing and smiling. We call her the "informer". If you've ever seen Bill Cosby's "Himself" she is the same as the one he talks about. She informs us about everything he drops or touches, etc., and she thinks it's her job to tell him what to do.
So I think it's going well and they definitely keep me entertained. They eat the same food, except that now she decided she doesn't like any vegetables and will even try to gag as she eats them. She wants pizza, chips and cookies. He however is like a vacuum cleaner and eats everything including the lint on the floor.

My baby, sorry, toddler! is 14 months old, walking, smiling, drooling and very loving...My oldest is 5 yr old! (Very emotional and sensitive boy). For me it becomes very stressfull at times, because big brother doesn't realize that his little brother is to young to play rough and tumble with....Mostly they get on well together and love one another plenty, but other times (when big brother feels that little one is getting more attention) my oldest can become a bit nasty and will just bump against his little brother to make him fall over or when ever the little one is playing with something the bigger one wants it!*:hissy: (even if there is 20 to choose from!!!) My oldest even started drinking bottle and sucked all his brothers dummies!
On the positive side...Big brother can look after my baby while I am chatting on this forum!!!:flower: He helps me, even washing bottles at times and entertaining the little one while he is eating....The funniest and most anoing thing bb did when lb was crawling, was to hold on to his baby brother's pants, so that he crawled out of it!!!
Love having 2 boys!!!Drives me crazzzzzyyyyyy!!!!
