If you were abirthparent stationed at Camp Lejuene who lived on base during this time frame, and had a child in utero:

During this time frame, it has been found that there was contaminated water on the base with some highly toxic chemicals.
At this time we do no know how many children were in utero during this time frame, who may fit one of the above, due to the sealed records of North Carolina.
