My husband and I are a bi-racial couple and are wanting to adopt a bi-racial or AA newborn and was wondering if anyone could recommend an agency in the area. We tried the foster care avenue with no luck. We have been licensed foster parents since 2004 !!! So, we thought we would try the agency route. We don't have a lot of money to spend, but we are working on putting more money back as well as looking into grants.
All recommendations would be greatly appreciated !!!!
