Thank you everyone for your well wishes, prayers, support, and kind words. I've been plagued by digital camera problems so I probably won't pics for a bit.
The lovely Layla is slowly creeping up on her first birthday, Jan 21. She's wearing 6 - 9 month clothing. So she's small. She can crawl, but can't sit up well by herself. She may or may not be able to hold her on bottle, that's still debatable. She doesn't really reach for things, but does know how to make it known when she wants more food. She has the tiniest of feet, I took size 2 shoes and they are way too big. We'll have to see if Stride Rite sells walking shoes in size 1.
She is still has to warm up to people and even after she warms up doesn't mean that you'll get a smile, convo, or her truly acknowledging your presence. But I definitely think she's a mama's girl.
And most importantly in 13 days, I'll have twins for a whole month. I wonder how many matching outfits I can find for in size 18-months and 6 - 9. Let the search begin!
She is tiny, must remind you of a little doll. It will be a nice walk down memory lane when you view your dd's progress in a year. Since she is not walking as yet. I used to purchase Baby Deer shoes, for my then preemie son's tiny feet, and they had the softest leather shoes.
Thanks for the the update.
