I'm sure you've heard of and probably have seen the new show The Locator on WE tv. On the website, there is a free mutual registry for each state. I think it's worth registering.

Interestingly, I found that I was ALREADY registered on there and I didn't put myself there. Troy's List must be getting info from other registries. Not knowing where they got it from, I updated my contact info incase there ever is a match through them. :flower:

The site looks like another people search, not a adoption-specific website?. What's their information gathering/sharing/storing policy? Never heard of them.. does the show recommend that site?

On Troy's site it has a link to troyslist.org It's for adoptees, birthparents and others searching.
