How about alphabetizing the cities or hospitals to make searching easier. Perhaps model it after classmates.com. First it went by states and then it went by cities, then we could do it by hospitals. Any thoughts of agreement?!
Also go by months and dates. January
1, 2, 3, Put all the BDs under the correct month and dates?!
