ohio advertising

I've not heard yet of any case where a person posting on the Internet was held to a state's no-advertising rule. This is an area of the law that hasn't caught up with technology. If you were my client, I would tell you to go ahead, because it is not your intention to advertise in Ohio or anywhere else it is prohibited, but only where it is allowed.I have seen some ads in national newspapers, for example, that say "void where prohibited".
