We are looking into possibly using the Spence-Chapin agency in NY to adopt from Moldova. Does anyone on here have experience with adopting through Spence-Chapin and/or from Moldova? Please PM me. Thanks in advance!
pandygirl I am so out of the loop I didn't realize Moldova was opened again. Did you find anything out regarding these agencies? I always thought Moldova preferred citizens or Heritage from Moldova. Any truth to this as far as you know?Best of Luck
