Seeking employment as an adoption social worker

To whom this may concern: My name is Kathleen Whitfield and I am interested in seeking employment as an adoption social worker. My passion is working with pregnant and parenting teenage mothers. These brave young women are what inspired me to pursue a career in social work. I do have experience in working with this population. During my Social Work Bachelor's Degree internship I ran a high school based support group for pregnant teenagers, provided counseling to the individuals, and conducted homevisits. For my Social Work Master's Degree Thesis I created a curriculum thats goal is to increase the high school retention rates of teenage pregnant and parenting women.
