No - when you see posts like that, it's just spam - people spam in a lot of different ways - this is one.

I banned the user.

Deleted their signature.

Thanks! I figured, but between the reported posts, the two other spammers, a sick kid, and needing to leave for gymnastics I didn't have time to more than glance at the link or even look at his profile.
