duplicate account

SOrry, I didn't see this before I saw her thread and took care of it.What we do is...1. Find out what username the original account is2. Delete the thread/post3. Ban new account3. PM the original member saying we only allow one user account. Also tell them if they want to post anonymously all they need to do is contact a moderator to do that for them. We do this all the time when needed. (Obviously we don't allow an abuse of this service)4. make a user note saying member pm'd re: dual accounts so that if they do it again, they are to be banned. Most people don't...since they truly just didn't realize they could as a mod for help in this matter and weren't dishonest about creating the 2nd account.
