Hello im in cal. and i can get the father to sign he will NOt go court he said "i have no time" if you like come with a notary!!!!! can i have this? on the form has no notary? it said: Court clerk or probation officer or welfare staff? HELP, can he sign with notary???

it depends on what county you are in. Some will allow you to have it notarized, some will require the birth parent to sign it at court. My wife had her ex sign and they went to a mailbox's etc and had it notarized. You will need to file it with the court when you file your petition. Call your local social services agency. They will tell you what your county regulations are. good luck.
