Baby boy born 12/10/1972 in arizona adopted to family in Mesa, Az. Adoptee's Aparents are William and Marcia Foster. Adoptee is VERY fair skinned , almost white blonde hair and blue eyes. Adopted shortly after birth. Will update as I get more information. Private adoption
