I'll explain some:1. We have no idea if that is actually a shot of the US the emom had or some stock photography. Google Search Ultrasound Images and you come up with thousands upon thousands. 2. We have no idea what kind of 'permission' (if it is) the emom gave. If the story posted is true - she could have given her permission to share with the world, we don't know and we can't assume.3. There has to be some level of self policing - people know what is ok and what isn't ok. If she felt it was ok to post that photo, then we have to go with her gut.4. Situations like this are similar to foster situations - a/f parents know the rules regarding disclosure of information - if they go out and break those rules, we'll help them out some (we might edit/delete a post or remove a picture) but we're not going to do it without their request and we're not going to just assume that it's not 'ok'.In situations such as this - it's up to the user to ensure they aren't breaking the rules. We have one aparent on the forums who got herself in trouble by posting to much info during a match and she lost that match as a result. This, I'm afraid, is in their court - we can't protect people from themselves.
