Carl-LeAnne includes the link to the blog explaining how they are financing their adoption (using an ad on the blog). Is this allowed? I know it would be fine without the link.

She joined just to solicit and advertise her adoption fundraising blog so she's out. We make it very clear in our registration process that you cannot join the site for this purpose or to solicit funds for adoptions.
I know you are on vacay (GO!) so I'll ban.:)
