I am looking for my birth parent(s). My birthday is either 1/23/1984 or 1/24/1984. My adoption was closed and my birth certificate was changed to list my adoptive parents. My adoption was done by Phyllis Zimmerman. I was in foster care for only a little while before i was adopted. I think i was born at a baptist hospital. i have blonde hair (bald baby) blue eyes and for some reason i think my last name could of been hart?? that could just be a figment of my imagination though. :)
