my poll numbers aren't adding up. skl pointed out that 33.33% and 75% don't add up to 100. lol. i went in and adjusted the numbers a little just to see what would happen, they remained off regardless of what i did. now the numbers are correct again, but the percentages are not. what's the deal?

Well I'm sure Brandy broke it...she does that you know.;)
I let her know about it so she should be reviewing soon.
I have to admit though...I have NEVER even noticed stuff like that if it turns out to be a common thing. Meaning, I never look to see if the numbers/percentages equal 100. I'm lame. LOL!

oh...i had no idea...i figured since it was an allowable choice, it would know how to do math. lol. sorry. :(

Miss Crick haven't you ever noticed that on national polls, doesn't matter who is taking the poll or what the subject is, that the numbers rarely add up to 100%?
It is very common on political polls.

Good point though...a computer should be able to do math no matter what.
Lynda - I never pay attention to details like that really. I'm a "majority vs minority" numbers when it comes to polls or otherwise. I don't think my brain can handle small stuff like that.;)
