Half brother born l971/l972, Tyler, TX

i am searching for my half brother who was born around 1971 or l972 in Tyler. His birth name was Stephen McLeod. He and his brother Brian were both adopted around 1973 but to two different families. Have found Brian who grew up in Kansas but need to find Stephen. Birth mother is Carol (hispanic), birth father Roy (caucasian). Stephen has one brother, four half sisters and one half brother that he probably does not know about. We would love to find him after all these years.
