Need advice

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this thread but I am hoping I can get some feed back. I am a recent graduate of Teen Challange and I am now volunteering there. (It is a log term-13 to 15 month-drug and alcohol treatment center) While I was in the program there was a girl there, she left got pregnant and is now back again. She knew that I was adopted and came and told me that she is pregnant and is not wanting to keep the baby and is thinking about adoption. She asked for advice on that and I could only hep her with the adoptee point of view and not the birthmother. Does anyone have any words or advice that I can tell her that would help in her decision making?
