i read it...and just feel like she posted so people will pm her for the agency name and she can promote her agency. i may be wrong....but does anyone else get a troll kind of feel?
Hard to say! If your radar is up though, (I'm not that "up" on international vibes) you might pm her and say you've been thinking of adopting again and this country seems interesting to you & hope she receives replies because you are interested to see the responses. Without mentioning an agency...See what she says?

At least whispering 'questionable' to me. Five year old girl, healthy and no special needs? Makes me go hmmmm . . . .
See, that wouldn't dawn on me at all! LOL! I figured all profiles of international kids that are truly not special needs (with physical defects of some kind) are listed as "healthy".
So good to know!
this is what made my radar go up:
I have heard it is hard to do but adoptions are taking so long everywhere else.
it felt like, "the lines are so long for every other country, step right up to uzbekistan, pm me for details." ;)

And they maybe are. Though my understanding with Russia is that those children gets tons of diagnosis, of which some may or may not be accurate. It was more that in the current international adoption 'climate' a healthy five year old girl with no special needs (young, healthy, girl) available and waiting seemed a little 'to good to be true.' Though I know nothing of Uzbekistan adoption so I may well be off base.
Where as I read the line Brook referenced as 'I hear Uuzbekistan adoptions are difficult, but the wait times everywhere are so long so this seems worth a try.'
Interesting though. All in how you read it. Now thinking hmmmm . . . about that one too. :)
