did i mess up?

i posted a link to the 48 hours story about the kids from samoa. it does talk about "focus on children" the agency involved....which i am pretty sure is closed. i am pretty sure it is ok and that we have posted stuff like this before, as long as people don't discuss the agency. but now i am second guessing myself. should i delete it?
