I am especially hoping to connect with those who are 10 years + post relinquishment.
I can't be the only one out here...can I?
Hopefully, some of them will chime in here soon. I've been a member here for a few years now, and I know that at least 25 percent of the birth mothers who post here were LDS at the time of relinquishment.
Welcome to the forums!

It's been almost 34 years for me. I gave my child up through LDS Social Services.

...I was a member when I surrendered my son in 1971 through LDS SS. I left the church several years after that, so I'm no longer a member. My son (who went inactive when he turned 18) and I are three years into our reunion...and life is good.
Peace,
Susan

I was also a member when I relinquished my son in 1983. I left very shortly after. My son will be 27 this April. We have not reuinited yet.

I saw that my daughter was on here in 2006. I replied to her but she never replied back. Keep hoping to here something maybe someday.
I still go to church only because I have to take my mom. I am not sure I would be very active if it wasnt for her.

I hope you and your daughter are able to catch up with each other. The daughter I raised decided to search for her brother and posted here in 2000, he found her profile and posted in 2005 but her contact info was no longer good. I found his posting in 2007, when I decided to search, and his contact info was still good, and we have all reunited.
...remember to keep your contact info updated...
Best wishes,
Susan
