out of state adoption from FL

I noticed a sibling pair on the FL photolisting that I have already put in a phone call about, & I was just wondering other's experiences in past couple years with adopting out of state from FL. From first calling on photolisting child to meeting the child, then actually bringing home your child, & completing the adoption process, what was it like? These children are in the Miami area.
