Hello Everyone,
I was a member of another forum here in 2004, and I'm still looking for my child. Glad to be back and to see the cool new smilies!:banana:
I'm sorting through the options for fost/adopt agencies who work in the Phila. area. I'm seeking a Latina or Caucasian child age 5 and under. I'll be a single mom and a "mature" parent. I have been waiting a looooooong time to find my daughter.:flower: So far I haven't found encouraging news. Any ideas are welcome -- including facilitators who help you find children older than infants.

I am reviewing agencies. I too am looking for a very active agency for foster to adopt of a young child 3-7 in the Phila area. Willing to adopt out of state, so will need to be foster licensed.

I am working with NET (Northeast Treatment Centers) they are great with me and move rather quickly. They are really in need of Hispanic Foster Parents allow with all other too. Here is the Info:

Thanks for the tip! Do you have their phone number?
Do they place a lot of Hispanic children? I'm Caucasian but speak Spanish fluently, familiar with culture, etc.
