Cambodia's new law indicates that singles must be 40-50 years old.
I would not be too quick to jump ship if you really want to adopt from China. The new guidelines have not yet taken effect, and it is not at all clear what impact, if any, they will have on adoptions by heterosexual single women in their 30s and 40s. That will probably not be known for several months.

If you may be interested in adoption from Cambodia, I'd suggest checking pout and talk to those folks. What they tell you is what's so (at least until things change, which could happen at any moment!)
I'm happy to be uncle to four children adopted through that agency (and I've met a bunch more.)
Did I mention that the four are beautiful and wonderful?
