I'm sorry, I'm confused as to why if the baby was wanted that the CPS would have taken it and not allowed your family to keep her. Was the baby wanted by your daughter too? If she didn't want the baby and she wanted to give it up then there really isn't much you can do in that situation either. But if she wanted the baby this situation confuses me as to why you couldn't keep her. I realize the police had to be involved with a rape case but I don't understand how they can forse your daughter to give the baby up if you all wanted her. I'm sorry for your loss though. because this is what the Social Services do,thy are doing this to 100`s of people.People would be in shock if thy really knew what was going on inside these child case court rooms .it`s a scandal what is going on,write to your Mp and Gordon brown if you live in the uk,and make your views clear,get all your friends to do the same,this barbaric child care law needs to be changed,and the only way to do this is to get the members of the public to write to there MPs.i am going through a child care court case myself ,and the things that the social services do are shocking ,well that is a understatement,it`s a scandal what these social workers are getting away with,i can well imagine the things that thy put about you in them reports.I got upset when i went to see my children ,the next thing the social worker put in a report that i was causing my children distress ,because i was upset.it`unbelievable

I don't get this either. I work with many young teens who keep their babies with support of their families.
