Jennifer, join the Bulgaria-adopt yahoo group. It is WAY more active than this forum. Not sure why but it is. We are adopting 3 from Bulgaria. Good luck to you. We're still more in the beginning stages of the process but have done it enough before to other countries if you have any questions, let me know.

Abdulina, I know it has been a while since your post, i just noticed that you were looking to adopt 3 from Bulgaria. Are you looking to do this all at once and is it something that is realistic? My husband and I feel it would be in our children's best interest to be adopted as a a sibling group, but our agency has led us to feel discouraged in this effort. You seem very experienced in the adoption field so i would truly appreciate any insight.
Thanks,
Jenae
Jenae, we would be adopting a sib group of 2 and then an unrelated child as well. It is going to be our last adoption for sure. From Russia, we had always adopted 2 at once. We find it easier w/ two at once. They have each other to help transition and in the long run, cheaper than going a few times back over. For new parents, agencies are often overly cautious about adopting two at the same time. I know they were w/ us w/ our first two home. If you feel it right for many reasons, then go w/your gut. Our first agency's director told me years later that they were very, very nervous about us adopting b/c they didn't think my husband was "into" it. LOL. She then said, I guess we were wrong. 7 kids later I would say so. So, depends on how you feel. If you have any other questions, email me privately. Good luck! We have run into a major snafu and are trying to resolve it. adoption....the everlasting rollercoaster.
