hi everyone my partner and I are going to attend the orientation at AASK on March 13th. They have told me it does not matter that we are a lesbian couple trying to adopt. From the looks of it it seems difficult for Married couples out there so what does that mean for us? Some of you aren't even getting placements? Should we be going through a different company? We do not have children and would like to adopt an infant or toddler. No race or gender preference though we do prefer not to have any severe or compacted medical or developmental problems. I am not saying NO medical problems or slight developmental delays, we think we can handle this. People that have been placed did you go out of AZ to grow your family? Anyone willing to share their stories and advice?:thanks:
