Recently I learned from my mother that I have a sister that she had to give up for adoption due to certain circumstances. I'm pretty sure that she was born in a U.S. Military hospital in Germany. Her birth name was Nexy Jamin Rodriguez and she was born September 25, 1981. I have been trying to look for her for months but I don't really know where to start since the adoption papers that my mom signed are all in German. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
