I have read a lot of bad stuff about Yasmin online. There is even a "Yasmin Survivors" group message board. To induce lactation I probably need to take it for what? at least 4 months right?
Any advice you can give me?
Thanks.
Erin
I know of several who have not done the BCP and have achieved lactation. Many say you have to take it for at least 3 months and some have done it for only a month and have done well. There is a lot of mixed reviews out there but I have heard of several that haven't taken it.
I am not taking it and going to see what happens.
Hope your home study goes well. Just relax and be yourself and I am sure you will do fine.

you don't have to do Yaz/Yasmin. I think for the advanced protocols its recommended because it has a higher progesterone level. If you go to asklenore.com you can view a list of suitable bc pills. My ob/gyn put me on zovia and said its one of his favorites to use and its on the asklenore site.
