This is verging on solicitation to me and also maybe I am suspicious but I fear scam.

oh sooooo borderline, but if we put "unborn baby" in place of 2 year old, we have so many posts like that from emoms wondering what their options are, kwim? So I'm willing to take a chance on this one so we can hopefully help her with resources. (she better be real!)
We need to post off the bat on how to find resources that might help her and types of professionals to speak with for guidance.
Going to change the thread title so it doesn't attract gross people.

That was my fear, what if she is legit and really needs help? I don't know who to tell her to call, but she can't just put the kid up for adoption without her husband's permission right? I know my first reaction was to want to take him, so I know other people's will be too.
I was just reading the OP's response from today. Assuming she is legit (dang, have I gotten suspicous!) would Brenda maybe have some suggestions/resources for her? Just wondering about PMing her (Brenda) and asking her if she would mind taking a look at the thread to see if she can offer any help.
I keep going back and forth between suspicious and feeling horrible for her and wanting to drive to Pennsylvania and get her and her son out of there!
