My cousin is trying to find her brother who was given up for adoption at birth. He was born on November 17, 1987 in Tampa General Hospital Tampa, Florida. She very badly wants to meet him. Any info would be great. BTW they have the same mom...which she is older. When her mom had the little boy it was too much for her to do on her own and had to do it for the sake of the little boy. He was better off, hopefully! Please help.
