I was born Dec 8, 1970 at 10:02pm at Burlington Memorial Hospital. I have 2 adopted brothers and we lived in Tichigan/Waterford, WI with our adoptive parents Norbert and Betty Ball. My adopted mom passed away in January 2010. I found out then that there were some problems of some sort with my adoption. I found some papers in Mom's belongings that talked about Foster Care for a 4 year old girl with 'view to adopt' limitations. My birth certificate was filed January 11, 1971. It wasn't issued until January 6, 1976. The attending physician was George J Krismer. The only other info that I have is that my social worker's office had a fire and their files were lost. I am lost without my mom and was always curious about my birth family.
