M born 8-20-69 Rochester Mn

Male adoptee born August 20, 1969 in Rochester Mn. ISO birth mother/father or other. I have a sister or half sister that was placed through LSS also in 1964. I believe my birth mother might have been from Wabasha Co. But not sure. I'm tall thin build light blonde hair when younger darkened when older balding now :) gray/blue eyes. I was born at Olmsted Community Hospital. I don't wish to disrupt anyones life but would like to know where I came from and any history. I have a wondeful wife and two great kids (one step son, one birth son) and mostly for him would like a history.
