Agency/Attorney feedback in SF Bay Area?

Hi all - We've attended orientations for IAC and Adoption Connection and are probably also going to be meeting with an attorney from Adams & Romer to see what they're about. So far, we're just totally confused and overwhelmed with the decision of how to proceed. Seems like every agency and attorney has both positive and negative reviews out there. I'd love to hear from folks who have used any of these options, as well as anyone who used some other option in the bay area. Do you have recommendations on who to use or who to avoid? Can you share what the experience was like for you? Please PM me with any info you'd like to share. I'd be so very grateful.
