Staffing advice

Good Morning - DCF is having a staffing in a few days to (most likely) change my nephew/FS's plan from reunification to TPR. This is the first staffing I have been invited to and I'm super nervous. BM (and possibly BF/my brother) will be there. BM has been 'fighting' to get K back - this includes being unemployed, not showing up for visits (she's only made 3 in the last 3 months) and getting busted for drugs. BF abandoned K when he was 4 months in utero. He has just shown back up this past week because BM -in a last ditch effort to gum up the works- contacted him through facebook and begged him to get involved. :hissy: Now he is telling the CW I am crazy and he doesn't want me to have K! They both are saying such horrible things about me - none of which have any basis in reality, but it is still stressful and worrisome. The CW says that they don't believe any of their bs and that they are just digging their hole deeper. But, I'm so worked-up about this staffing. I have no idea what to expect, what I will be asked, if I will be put on the spot. If anyone can give me any info on what to expect at one of these staffings - especially one that is changing the plan to TPR - I would really appreciate it. Thanks!!
