I am a Christian man with a wife and 2 bio children. We feel that the LORD is calling u sto adopt.
We are in the process of deciding whether or not to adopt Internationally or Domestically and I am hoping soem of you may be able to proved me insight or advice.
Are there any adoption agencies in the U.S where you can adopt a child already born, besides through foster Care. Our biggest concern with Foster Care or domestic adoption is the parents changing their mind. I just wanted to hear everyone thoughts or advice. Thank you!

We adopted toddlers through foster care. We did straight adoption vs. foster to adopt. The children with whom we were matched already were legally free for adoption. This means that parental rights had already been voluntarily relinquished, or involuntarily terminated in court by a judge. This means that the time for appeals and all had already expired and the children were free for adoption without legal risk.
There are agencies who do adoptions for babies already born. I don't know of a specific agency because we didn't adopt through a private agency but the state, but you can do some internet searches. If you are open to special needs adoptions there are some agencies that can work with you regarding that. Special needs can be any of many kinds of needs, so it might be something to explore.
Remember, too, that adoptions from foreign countries have risks just like domestic adoptions. The risks might not all be the same, but they are present.
We brought our son home straight from the hospital. The birthmom chose us a day and a half before he was born so we really didn't have any advance notice :) I know that I've heard of other agencies who do those types of adoptions though. I hope you guys find what you are looking for! It was the best decision we've ever made!
Do your research. What will work for your family may not work for another one even if the families have similar values.
I know many people on this site have dealt with baby born only situations....but I didn't do mine domestically. I would post in the general adoptive parents section a thread that asks if anyone has dealt with agencies that only do baby born situations and ask people to pm you as we can't discuss specific agencies on this forum except through private messages.
One more thing....just remember the difference, Foster care isn't about parents changing their mind, it's sometimes about parents able to prove to the courts that they can be fit parents.....children that are adopted through foster care are because their parents were found unfit to parent and their rights were taken away which is alot different from a domestic adoption where a mother/father relinquish their rights as their decision.
