Agency experience?

Hello, I would like to hear about your domestic adoption experiences with Journeys of the Heart, by PM of course. We will also reach out to references they provided. Would also love advice regarding questions we should ask our agency prior to signing a contract. We are very excited about starting this process and expanding our family through adoption.
