New to the whole process

After two years of "trying" on our own with no success, my husband and I have decided that we would like to adopt. I've actually always wanted to adopt, even before I met my husband. I have read that we are not allowed to comment whether positive or negative about agencies, lawyers and so on. I was curious is anyone has had experience with Heart of Adoption in Tampa and/or Adoption Network Law Center?
