Born June 1, 1967 - Looking for birth parents and 1/2 siblings

I am a female and was born in Little Rock Arkansas Hospital June 1, 1967. I was adopted out when I was 10 weeks old. I have some non identifying information. Searching for my birth parents and 1/2 siblings. I beleave my mother was young and already had a child (female). My father has children as well, but not sure on how many.
