Research Help!!

I am currently working on research related to high divorce rates and families with children with disabilities. I myself have experienced this firsthand which led me to the subject for my final research project for my BA in Psychology. I have a very short (5 question) survey which is intended for divorced persons with a child with a syndrome, mental illness, or disease that will help me complete my research. This is purely academic in nature and No identifying information will be collected.
