Breast cramping?

I've noticed lately that I'm having these sharp cramping sensations in my breasts right after pumping and my nipples feel like they're burning. I've researched the burning and from what I've read that's normal, but I can't find anything on the cramping (I can only find info on uterine cramping which I'm not having).

Has anyone experienced this? :confused:

Do the nipples change colors? It kind of sounds like Reynaud's phenomenon of the nipples.

You know, while I'm pumping the due pulse from pink to white and sometimes blue. I just figured it was from the suction. But, that explanation does sound right. Thanks for the suggestion!

Yeah, I've been dry doing heat compressions right after pumping and it REALLY helps! Ahh, thank goodness!

I also had that and ouch, it hurts! I didnt end up getting anything for it but did start taking vitamin B, I believe. It seemed to help.
