My friend has a 16 yo who was adopted at age 2 1/2. She has sever rad and cannot live at home because she keeps running away, saying she hates her mother, etc . The family has tried many therapies over the years.
Right now her insurance company is saying that she has to leave her current placement and come home. The family is desperate to find a placement and is desperate to get the insurance to cover expences.
Any ideas of places that take 16 year olds?
I have heard of a Christian farm with horses that helps kids--does anyone know about it?
