Looking 4 brother, Jan 1980 Vancouver, WA

I'm looking for my half-brother who I know was born in January 1980 in Vancouver, WA through Catholic Charities. His adoptive parents worked with my mother before the adoption was finalized. He was adopted when he was a couple days old.
