This morning the Third District Court of Appeals in Miami, FL upheld a lower court ruling that declared Florida's ban on gay and lesbian adoption to be unconstitutional.

While the Appeals Court has affirmed the ban is unconstitutional, it is likely the case will end up in the Florida Supreme Court.

Isn't it nice when they finally realize what we already know? Greater yet that they can apply the law. On a similar note, I'm saddened that congress could not repeal don't ask, don't tell.
I find it sad that some would want to keep children out of potentially loving forever homes because of sexual orientation. Why deny a child an opportunity to be loved? I'll never understand it.
I agree that GLBT should be able to adopt,There are so many kids, that need love. One thing I notice about GLBT,There very nice and loving people, thats's what kids need.
