Do be sure to have with you fever reducing medication (children's tylonol, etc.) and electrolyte replace solution. There's a good chance you will need both. Even if the kids have no infection (and with the onset of the rainy season, it seems like half of Cambodia, adult and child alike, has URIs) the change in water (even from OK water to OK water) is likely to give them watery poops ==> dehydration.
Most of the lkids seem to be in good shape but it is no fun to be in a hotel room with a sick kid (even if she is going to be OK) far from home.
If you do need medical help (I am nothing but a satisfied uncle here) we were very please with the doc at Mi Casa. His first name is Reid and his last name is Cheff- I forget. He's not cheap but he is caring and capable and will come to you.
