She says she's exhausted those services( bullcrap) and there are now more issues she'd like to keep private? Whatever. She's a troll and no matter what anyone offers as help, she will always reply with a negative.

My gut says troll. Look at the spelling and grammer. It is almost as if she isn't from the U.S., but when you look at her profile page it says CO. Troll all the way.
