I have found a charity that I like called Reeces Rainbow. [url=http://www.reecesrainbow.org]Reece's Rainbow[/url]. It has grants for kids with special needs. In most of those countries where the kids are, they are put in mental institutions when they are 5 years old. That's sad. I just wish there wasn't such a stigma on raising special needs children in those countries, for many wouldn't have been put in the orphanage or would have been rescued by locals. Has anyone here used a charity to adopt a special needs child? Did it work out?
