Hi everyone,
All I keep finding is agencies that charge $16,000 to $20,000 in fees not including the lawyer or other legal fees is this normal? Also are there any agencies that have a sliding scale that will work with a single woman? I do have savings and I work full time but I am your average middle class American. I am interested in AA adoption and I have looked into a few of the AA programs and I know that most have a reduced price but if anyone knew of any other AA programs besides Adoption-Link, Lifetime, and WACAP I would appreciate it very much. Im not a home owner, credits not that awesome but IҒm trying to build it up, and I know there are a few grants that might help but most are for married couples what other routes might I be able to go down to try and assist in financing my adoption of a child, and lastly does anyone know if there are any grants or other types of assistants that might help AAs that are going to adopt AA infants or children?
Thank you
Meg
